My skin usually becomes unstable with acne when the season is changing. I came to this location to get a skin consultation and a plan for treatment. The staff was kind and hospitable and walked me through the different products as how the effect it would have on me. I agreed with the selection and laid back and had arguably the best facial I ever had. My skin looked flawless, no scars, it was clean and extractions were meticulously done. I went to ZO for the first time with a friend for botox and we both had a great experience and will definitely be back! Being in our late twenties, neither one of us had ever done any injectables before and Dr. Khorsandi sat down with us and answered all of our questions patiently and never once did I feel rushed. What I loved the most is that the doctor did not push other procedures on us at all or try to mint money from the clients which is something that friends of mine have experienced at other med spa's and doctor offices. In fact, he took a look at my forehead and didn't think I even needed botox there yet since I haven't developed a lot of wrinkles there yet. I appreciated that and we did minor tune ups elsewhere. Review #3. Located just off Allen Parkway a block or so down Waugh. I have been going to Dr. Khorsandi for about a year now for my Dysport. I would see him in his office upstairs at the Migraine Relief Center, however his Skin Care Centre has recently opened downstairs. Beautifully decorated, friendly staff, comfortable examination rooms. They have coffee and water in the waiting area (which I was kindly offered) Dr. Khorsandi is extremely personable and I never feel rushed. They have several skin repair and prevention solutions as well as fillers. I am sure they offer other services, however I haven't investigated. Confidence Restored, Thank You Dr. Khorsandi! - I struggled with my appearance because my breasts were asymmetric. I chose a plastic surgeon at University of Penn to correct my appearance. Instead I was left with a left breast areola that looked deformed and the asymmetry between my breasts was more pronounced. I was devastated and lost all hope in plastic surgery. Working as a Operating Room nurse over the years allowed me to see first hand the revision of some botched surgeries. This also helped me gain the confidence to find a surgeon to fix my appearance. I selected a well known surgeon to the stars in Atlanta, paid my money and was prepared to travel there for my surgery. However, my mother suggested I look for the best surgeon right here in Las Vegas. The first surgeon I visited here was not personable. He did not seem confident that he could fix my breasts and told me I would have to have two separate surgeries. I saw Dr Khorsandi's billboard on 215 after leaving this consultation and decided to make an appointment. This is when my life changed. The VIP STAFF are warm, welcoming and professional. from the time I spoke to them over the phone, to having my consultation and now during my follow up visits they continue to treat you like a VIP. Dr Khorsandi takes his time with his patient's, he listens to you and is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. I did my research, reviewed his online pictures, read his bio and learned he completed medical school in my hometown in Philadelphia at PENN! Dr Khorsandi took one look at my appearance and knew right away how to correct my appearance. He removed the excesses areolar tissue left in place by the previous surgeon and lifted my left breast. He removed my saline implants and replaced them with silicone implants. I told him I wanted to be as close to 650cc as possible. He placed a 605cc implant in the left breast and 650cc implant in the right breast and the results are amazing. My suture lines are neat, clean and virtually undetectable. I actually cried when I looked in the mirror at home and saw his amazing work. I personally thanked him and hugged him at my follow up appointment because he restored my confidence and greatly exceeded my expectations. I am confident that if I had gone elsewhere I would not be as happy as I am with the results Dr. Khorsandi helped me to achieve. But I liked that he had so many positive reviews that specifically mentioned Rhinoplasty, the procedure I wanted. Dr. Khorsandi is seriously one of the best doctors/people that I've met in this industry. He has a great balance of sense of humor and is very professional. Plus, I am extremely satisfied with the work he has done. Especially, fixing my stinky armpits and painful keloids. He's one of the doctors that other doctors and healthcare professionals (such as myself) go to--we know how to pick them :-)My procedures: I had really bad keloids that were extremely pruritic, painful, and kept getting larger. I told him about it and he made some miracle injection that flattened them out and now I don't have painful itching keloids! Thank God because I didn't realize keloids could be fixed without surgery. I have really bad stress sweat but did MiraDry, and am happy that I don't have to worry about my scrubs getting soaked and stinky under the armpits while taking care of patients. That would be extremely embarrassing. I highly advise other healthcare professionals, even those who have hyperhydrosis who are just tired of ruining their clothes, to go to Dr. K and get MiraDry. He is very kind, super informative, and you can tell that he loves his job. I decided to visit Dr. Khorsandi after doing some research online. After the initial consultation, I felt comfortable and confident enough with Dr Khorsandi to proceed with scheduling surgery. My surgery was to be in two, or possibly three stages. I am a 35 year old male who lost a lot of weight (naturally) about 12 years ago and have remained extremely health conscious and active ever since. Dr. Khorsandi recommended a belt lipectomy procedure in response to my areas of concern. If you know anything about this procedure, you are aware that it is very a extensive and time consuming surgery. This procedure lasted roughly 7 hours and required a few months of healing before I could resume my normal gym activity. It is now 14 months later and I'm extremely happy with everything. Scars are minimal and I couldn't imagine better results. The care and attention of Dr. Khorsandi and his staff is amazing. I had no problem getting a hold of him whether he was at his office, home or traveling (which I needed to a few times during the first few months of healing). My second area of concern was my chest (which had not retracted fully from weight loss). Dr. Khorsandi performed two procedures, the final one being two weeks ago. Again, I couldn't imagine better results. He has reshaped it and reduced areas which have lost elasticity leaving me with a chest that I never thought I'd have. Note that I'm very particular and had higher than normal expectations to begin with. I was very nervous in the beginning stages only to be relieved and happy at the end. After about a year of researching different surgeons in Vegas for my breast augmentation I came across Dr. Khorsandi. He really took the time to explain to me about all the different options i had and helped me find the right size implants that suits my body. It has now been a few months after my surgery and I have to say Dr. K really exceeded my high expectations. My scar is hardly noticeable and my breast look absolutely perfect. I just had a revision rhinoplasty and I am thrilled with the results. My last surgery left my nose looking deformed. It was crooked, had a very noticeable dent on one side, had a hump that hadn't been there previously, my nostrils were very uneven and I had a deviated septum. I was able to schedule my surgery for the week following the consult and Both Dr. Khorsandi and Catherine always responded very promptly and pleasantly when we contacted them regarding the many questions we had. Catherine would even answer my emails on weekends and late at night. Dr. Khorsandi reviewed everything right before surgery and made me feel very relaxed with his great sense of humor. When he removed my splint, stents and stitches with the help of the fun and friendly Josh, he did it so that it was easy and painless because he made the effort to make it the way. Rhinoplasty and Chin Liposuction - Amazing!!! - Las Vegas, NV - What an amazing experience, and I am only one week post-op! I have wanted both rhinoplasty and chin liposuction since I was in my early 20's. I am now 36, and I'm so sad that it took me this long to do these procedures; however, if I hadn't waited, then I would have never found such an amazing, talented, and professional doctor. I booked two consultations in early October 2013. I booked one with Dr. Khorsandi for one day and another consultation for the following day with another reputable Las Vegas plastic surgeon. By the time my consultation arrived, I was feeling very nervous and second guessing my decision to go ahead with the procedures. Well, after an hour and a half consultation with Dr. Khorsandi, along with 3D imaging of what my projected results would be, I walked out of his office, turned to my husband and said, "I want to cancel the consultation for tomorrow. Very Pleased with All Aspects of my Revision Rhinoplasty - Las Vegas, NV - Dr. Khorsandi is a one of a kind doctor. I feel so fortunate to have found him because it was very difficult to find information on revision Rhinoplasty surgeons in my area. I was drawn to him because he has extensive knowledge on revisions and that is the most difficult plastic surgery to perform so you want someone who knows what they are doing. During my consultation my husband and I liked Dr. Khorsandi immediately. He was able to articulate exactly what it was that I didn't like about my old nose, he was very specific on how he planned to change it and he has a 3-D vector system that shows you what your nose should look like with the suggested changes. I felt a sense of confidence with him that I had not had with my previous surgeon or with anyone else I had consulted with in the past. In addition, he is the nicest and most down to Earth doctor I have ever encountered. His Practice Consultant Catherine is also fabulous. They are those people who you enjoy talking to so much you don't want to leave the office because you're having fun. I have never in my life had that happen in a doctor's office. I was able to get a surgery date for the next week and before I knew it, it was over and my splint just came off today. I am thrilled with the results! My nose looked deformed after my original surgery. It was twisted, there was a dent on the side, I had a hump that wasn't there prior to my original revision and I had a deviated septum. In other words this was a very challenging surgery. My nose now looks like I was born with it(but of course much better than the original) and I can finally breathe properly! Both Dr. Khorsandi and Catherine were always available when we had questions(my husband and I called them a lot!) and they were always very pleasant and informative. Dr. Khorsandi was very thorough and went over any questions I had right before surgery and made me feel relaxed with his great sense of humor. So Glad I Chose Dr. K! - Las Vegas, NV - I had decided to schedule consultations with several doctors during my decision making process. Dr. Khorsandi was my first consultation. He used the Vectra 3D imaging machine to show me what I realistically could look like (instead of guessing or using awkward sizers). Dr. K took extra time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Top Doctor - I found Dr. Khorsandi in the Top Doctor Section of Las Vegas Life magazine. There were other physicians that I had seen in the last year, but after meeting with Dr. Khorsandi, I felt that I had found my surgeon. I had a breast lift and implants placed at the same time. I had read about the procedure and was ready with so many questions. He kindly answered all of them. He put me at ease the morning of surgery because I was a nervous wreck. One of the girls in the office had her nose done by him last year and I have to say it really was an improvement. So seeing those results I felt confidant that I could get a similar result. Excellent - Dr. K fixed my nose. He performed a revision rhinoplasty to correct a bad nose job i had gotten when i was college. I was so worried about going in for a second time but Dr. Khorsandi made me very comfortable. He definitely knows what he is talking about, and he takes a tremendous amount of pride in what he does. Highly Recommend - I want to let everyone know Dr. Khorsandi really helped me get my life back. I was in severe pain, could not sleep, tried everything possible including splints, and medications. Amazing Plastic/Hand Surgeon - I had carpal tunnel syndrome. Before I had surgery I had severe night time pain, waking me up. Dr. Khorsandi performed the endoscopic carpal tunnel release.
