BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
To best accommodate our patients, we suggest booking appointments well in advance. For our returning patients, we recommend scheduling your subsequent appointment during checkout to ensure the most suitable time for you.
*Patients should notify our spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to particular aromas or ingredients during the booking process.
APPOINTMENT MODIFICATIONS & CHARGES
Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We genuinely appreciate your trust in our services and request your adherence to ZO Skin Centre's scheduling guidelines. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly notify us at least 24 hours beforehand. This notice provides us the opportunity to cater to other patients awaiting treatment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, we will charge a $50 fee for regular appointments and a $250 fee for Morpheus8.
By scheduling an appointment with us, patients are agreeing to these terms.
