Director of Operations

Rose serves as the Director of Operations for ZO Skin Centres in Houston and Dallas, bringing more than 17 years of experience working alongside Dr. Mark Khorsandi. With a distinguished background spanning executive leadership, healthcare operations, and public service, Rose plays an integral role in overseeing the growth, efficiency, and patient experience across both locations.

Before joining the aesthetics and medical field, Rose held prominent leadership positions in public service, including serving as Office Manager for the Mayor of the City of Houston and as Executive Assistant to the Harris County Attorney. These experiences shaped her expertise in strategic operations, organizational management, and high-level administration.

Known for her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, Rose combines her extensive executive background with a passion for creating a welcoming, seamless experience for every ZO Skin Centre patient.
